The Rules:

3 x 5 min rounds

These fights are K-1 rules – No Elbows & clinch and knee is allowed

Fighters will no have protective pads on 

No grappling or ground game – sweeps and throws only (as per K-1)

Fighters will wear MMA Sparring gloves (8oz) 

These fights are exciting and unique – It’s K-1 style with MMA (sparring) Gloves

set in an MMA cage over 3 rounds !
